Constant Forward Motion

Groups are small (up to 5 people) and fill quickly. If the dates below are unsuitable for you - please call or email us. We often have overflow Training Events on alternative weekends and many weekdays. We also offer individualised training.

Day Nav 1

This is a beginners course.  It assumes no or very little navigational experience and skills. The course comprises 90 minutes of theoretical work followed by 3 - 4  hours of "hands on" practical navigation. A course outline can be downloaded from the Resources Section.

Day Nav 2

This is a step up course for people who already have some basic navigation experience and skills. The course comprises 90 minutes of theoretical work followed by 3 - 4  hours of "hands on" practical navigation. A course outline can be downloaded from the Resources Section.

BASE Level

Disciplines for the BASE Events are:

Trekking, Trotting and Stairs

These Training Events are 2 - 4 hours in duration . 

You will encounter rock hopping, creek crossings  and some off track, bush bashing.  Oh... and lots of stairs!

PUSH Level

Disciplines for PUSH Events are:

Trekking, Trotting and Rock Scrambling

This Training Event is 4 - 6 hours in duration. 

You will encounter steep tracks, lots of steps,  quality off road running, lengthy rock scrambling, creeks, rivers and stunning views!  This is a challenging day out!
